2nd Day or Next Day. All shipping prices are automatically set for Ground Service. If
you would like 2nd Day or Next Day, or you are ordering outside of the United States

Warranty
Tactical Supply Industries Inc. will repair non-functioning product(s) at no charge during
to earpieces and earplugs. Repairs for product(s) damaged in physical incidents or
repairs not attributable to materials or workmanship will be charged.
To submit a warranty claim, the customer must follow these guidelines:
1) Obtain a Return Material Authorization,(RMA), number by
calling (847) 561-8278 or emailing
sales@tacticalsupplyindustries.com, and
2) Submit a copy of sales receipt/invoice, and
3) Provide a brief description of problem and prepay all
expenses of shipping product(s) to Tactical Supply
Industries Inc.
Repairs for product(s) beyond the 12-month warranty period may be available at a
charge.
If failure mode is determined to be a non-warranty problem, product(s) will be returned
to customer. At Tactical Supply Industries Inc's discretion, minor rework may be
performed after contact is made with customer to ensure an understanding of how the
failure occurred.

changed, etc.)
